No matter what I do, when I open my Internet Explorer, it does not open to a full window.?
I am using Windows XP, Home (SP2) and Internet Explorer 7. No matter what I do, when I open my Internet Explorer, it does not open to a full window. I have opened the window and then extended, by dragging it from the bottom left to a full screen and then closing the window, then when I open up the window again, same result, a small window. I have used the maximize box, closed it and then opened my browser and the same result, a small window. I asked a question before and someone gave me the sulotion within an hour or so and I would like to say thanks. So Thanks for your help.
I am unsure why this may be happening, besides it being a bug in the beta version of IE. The following Microsoft KB article addresses the issue, and simply recommends right-clicking on the IE title bar (on the System bar at the bottom of the screen) and selecting “Maximize”:
If the issue continues, then it’s most likely a bug. At that point, you should decide whether reverting to IE 6 is worth the effort of just maximizing the IE window each time.
